Introducing CFP Systems New Ticketing System

Moving forward, we are migrating to a new ticketing support system and new hire form. Both are now easily accessible from our company website! Please note that our existing ticketing system will be removed from production immediately. Emails-To-Tickets will no longer work for the time being, so for the quickest response and resolution time, make sure to use the new ticketing system.

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

Go to CFPSystems.com and click on the Support tab. You'll see two different options:
  • Interactive New Hire form- Use this only when you have a new hire or need changes to an existing user.
  • Create a Support Ticket- Use this when you need help or troubleshooting assistance.

  1.  If you're a new user to our ticketing system, you'll need to take a moment to sign up.  This will provide you with additional benefits, such as being able to access your ticket history. The process is quick and explained below:
  2. Fill in all the required information.
  3. The captia is case sensitive!
  4. Click Submit and check your email.
  5. Email confirmation - Click [Accept the Invitation] and you will be directed to create a Password - make it safe and memorable!
  6. Complete your Profile with as much information as possible. This will make   reaching you easier if more information is required.

Make sure you log in first before submitting a ticket! This way, all your tickets will be available to you. You can review the ticket's details and its resolution status. The new ticketing portal also provides a place where you can comment on existing tickets and answer any questions that may be sent back to you for clarification.

That's it! It's pretty simple and you only have to create the user login once. Thank you for your support of this new system as we continue our mission of providing top-notch customer  service.

If you have any comments or concerns, please go to CFPSystems.com and visit the Contact Page. Thank you for your continued support and business. It is a pleasure to serve you!
